FUJI – Piston Pin Cover Plate

A simple but beautifully made product, our piston pin cover plate is a direct replacement for the factory part and can be found located at the rear of the engine block (opposite to where the gearbox bell housing locates).

It’s function is to allow access to the inside of the engine to remove the piston gudgeon pins and when not needed is permanently sealed.

As EJ engines age both the piston pin cover plate and the oil separator plate (also located in a similar area) can start to weep oil and in some cases leak considerably.

Our replacement pin cover plate is supplied with new counter sunk screws and a replacement o-ring seal to provide the perfect seal for many more years to come.
