Fuji Racing High-Pressure Radiator Caps are OEM-style caps that directly replace the factory cap. Fuji Racing radiator caps have a main valve pressure rating of 127kpa/1.3BAR which allows for a higher boiling point. A higher boiling point ensures protection against overheating and also ensures your car’s maximum coolant flow at higher temperatures.

Raise the boiling point of your coolant for increased cooling efficiency and prevention of overheating with the Fuji Racing High-Pressure Radiator Cap. Utilizing a reinforced main pressure valve spring and EPDM seals, the internal pressure of the radiator is increased, resulting in a higher boiling point.

When coolant boils, small air pockets are created. As the coolant passes through the block and radiator core, the air pockets reduce the cooling efficiency and will eventually cause the engine to overheat.
